The Platform and Domain ( Themekarts and themekarts.com) is owned by OKR SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED (Hereinafter referred to as "Themekarts"), a company incorporated under the companies Act,2013 with its registered office at Paymaa Building 3rd Street, Shivpuri Raxaul College Rd KHORIHAR, RAXAUL East Champaran BR 845305 IN.

- Accessing Third Party Tools, API, Software and Applications Integrated with Themekarts Tools
Many third party applications (hereinafter “Third Party Application(s)”) are integrated with Themekarts Marketing Tools, CRM and Software. Themekarts will also be integrating more Third Party Marketing Tools, Software, API and Applications with Themekarts. In addition, you can also integrate any other Third Party Tools, API, Software and Application with Themekarts by using the API if such Third Party Application allows such integration. Access and use of Third Party Tools, API, Software and Applications may require acceptance of terms of service and privacy policy applicable to such Third Party Tools, API, Software and Applications (hereinafter “Third Party Terms”). You are responsible for reading and understanding the Third Party Terms before accessing or using any Third Party Tools, API, Software and Applications.

You agree not to use the Services to send spam, illegal, abusing, harassment or inappropriate contents(text, images, videos and link etc…). company reserves the right to refuse or suspend service to any customer for violating this provision.

6.1 Free Trial Period: The Free Trial period begins on the date you sign up for the Free Trial and ends on the expiration date specified by company ("Trial Period"). The Trial Period duration and available features may vary depending on the specific offer.
6.2 Eligibility: The Free Trial is available to new customers who have not previously used our Product/Service. company reserves the right to determine eligibility and may deny Free Trial access to individuals or organizations at its discretion.
6.3 Usage Restrictions: During the Free Trial, you may only use the Product/Service for evaluation purposes. You agree not to use the Free Trial for any commercial, production, or revenue-generating activities.

6.6 Conversion to Paid Subscription Or Upgrade Plan: At the end of the Trial Period, your access to the Product/Service will expire unless you choose to purchase a paid subscription or purchase a paid upgrade plan . If you wish to continue using the Product/Service beyond the Trial Period, you must subscribe, upgrade and pay the applicable fees.
6.7 Marketing Purpose: We may send you email, message and call to introduce with our paid services to use in your future.
- No Guarantee
We don’t give you guarantee of email inbox, This is email marketing services so email may goes in any folders (Inbox, Spam, Promotion and Important etc…).
- Bounce Email
We support the appropriate use of email. If your email bounce rate surpasses. Then we reserve the right to close your account.
- Payment Policy
You can make the payment through UPI, QR Code, Payment Mobile App (Phonepe, google pay and Bhim app etc… ), Credit, Debit cards, EMIs, PayLater, Netbanking from 58 banks and Mobile Wallets.
- Payment Security

- Refund Claim
You can raise refund if the commitment given by our company is not fulfilled then you can claim for the refund.
You can apply for a refund only when there is a fault in the services provided by the company and the company is not able to solve the problem within the time given to you, then you can apply for the refund.
If you are dissatisfied to our services, please email complaints to info@themekarts.com. But no refund will be given. Furthermore, Themekarts reserves the right to terminate your account if you violate any of the terms or conditions.
- Refund Period
If you wish to claim a refund, you have an option to raise the request within 7 days from your purchase date.
